    Yes. You need 3 days of the diet while weaning from the HCG.

    Yes. The first week is fine for this protein. Make sure you have NO vegetables with starch in them. Lots of plain protein throughout maintenance.

    p3 for R4

    I understand that since this is my 4th round I should spend 6 weeks in P3. I read the recommended food introduction fior 3 weeks. Do I need to spend 2 weeks on each one? For example, 2 weeks on large amounts of protein and no nuts or cheese until the 3rd week? this sounds like a huge amount of torturous self.control!!!

    No. Just larger quantities of protein the first 4-5 days then you can back off of it. On the second week of P3 you start increasing dairy and fats. Watch the scale. If your weight fluctuates a lot then revert to week 1 food options for a few more days to a week . Then try again.

    I start P3 next week and just want to make sure I have this correct.
    1. No more drops
    2. First 3-4 days I increase my protien intake as per your first post.

    Questions:
    During the first 3-4 days, do I still have my verggies and fruit? or just the protien?
    During the first 3-4 days can I have my whey shakes with frozen strawberries as one of my protiens?
    During the first 3-4 days and I still doing 500 calories.

    Snooter, you understand that for the last 3 days of P2 you stop the drops but stay with the 500 cals, right? Exactly the way you have been while on the drops. Then the first 3-4 days of p3 you increase your protein. NO, don't stick to 500 cals! double the amount of protein at each meal and add protein snacks. Still eat the veggies and 2 fruits a day. You can do the whey shakes, but eating meat or fish is better.

    Barbara thanks for clarifying this for her. People can easily get the last 3 days of Phase 2 confused with the first 3 days of Phase 3.
