I would love to hear too! Starting tomorrow. I do like almond milk and could drink that while teaching to get in additional protein...

I don't drink cow milk, just almond milk. I'm thinking that will not be okay, at least the 1st week. Would you stay away from that until phase4?
I'm not a fan of Olive Oil, can I use a bit of butter?
Last, but not least, does cheese get added in week 2 of Phase3? Would it be better to use reduced fat cheese, if it doesn't have additives? Or, do you think raw milk cheese would be better?

    Thanks so much!

Breakfast would consist of something like 1 whole egg and 2 egg whites with a little bit left over chicken, a few hours later a snack (2-3oz) then lunch (6-8 oz)then another snack (2-3 oz) before dinner (6-8 oz)
Unsweetened almond milk will be fine once you are through 3-4 days of of high protein. not a lot it is high in fat.
    Yes to butter
Eat nothing reduced fat on maintenance full fat is fine. It is always block cheese nothing pre-shredded or sliced. Organic is fine.

can a protein shake suffice as the 2-3 oz snack twice a day?

No, olives. Due to them being processed I advise you wait until Phase 4 when we add back in.

Joseph, how many days in to P3 are you? I saw earlier that Linda recommends only unprocessed animal protein for the first few days, but I moved to a Greek yogurt with protein powder as breakfast on about D6 and I'm fine with it. So as long as you're past those first couple of days, I'd say try it and see what the almighty Scale says.

my wife and i begin p3d1 on Saturday...

so the 1 cup of milk, 2 tbsps of fat, does that begin following the 3-4 day protein load, or day 1 of maintenance?

    thanks for your help everyone.

The milk is fine on day one of maintenance. You will find that fat is going to be the issue so I would watch that for the first week.

At what stage in phase 3 are Miracle Noodles allowed? Is day 1 acceptable?

Also, what salad dressings are acceptable on Day 1 of maintenance? (any specific?)

    Thanks again.
