    Yes, near the end. Those in cans are processed foods. That is why I advise you to wait until the very end of Phase 3. Eat a couple right near the beginning of Phase 4.

    Restaurant salad bars use canned foods as well as fresh foods. I would wait to eat the olives.

    Oh no!!! Honey is just the same as sugar and is not allowed until you slowly add it back in the end of week 1 of Phase 4.

    I don't drink cow milk, just almond milk. I'm thinking that will not be okay, at least the 1st week. Would you stay away from that until phase4?
    I'm not a fan of Olive Oil, can I use a bit of butter?
    Last, but not least, does cheese get added in week 2 of Phase3? Would it be better to use reduced fat cheese, if it doesn't have additives? Or, do you think raw milk cheese would be better?
