    I would have one less fruit. Make sure you have plenty of fresh vegetables.

    For protein you want 3 ounces of protein for snacks and 6-8 ounces for main meals.

    For breakfast have 2 egg whites and 1 whole egg.

    Fat is any butter, oils, dark meat (like drumsticks) salad dressing etc.

    I can't find the best foods mayo can I have hellmans non reduced of course .. So just 3 meals and 2 snacks .. Can I have mozzarella string cheese as my milk ... And is the almond butter ok as the fat

    Hellman's is fine. I would start using it the third day of protein loading. The first few days focus on similar foods as P2.

    You can have the string cheese and almond butter the second week of p3.

    Nope. sorry. skim, 1% 2% have sugar added to them and that just wont work. Half and half or heavy cream will do.

    I think your question here was about the string cheese, can you have part skim milk string cheese because you can't find whole milk string cheese, and I believe the answer is yes, once you have added cheese back into your diet successfully, then yes, you can have whatever string cheese you can find (I have never seen "whole milk" string cheese either, and the ones I get have minimal or no sugar in them).
    And don't think you HAVE to have milk. It is just that now you are allowed a cup of milk (whole) if you desire it. I didn't care that much about adding back in the milk so much as I wanted cream in my coffee. I won't drink coffee w/o cream in it, LOL

    Hellmans and Best Food are the same Mayo, just East Coast vs West Coast. If you look on the jar it will say in small print that it is labeled differently here out west

    Thank you ... I know I shouldn't stress it but I want no mistakes has to have to do this again and gain weight... I must do it right... I meant to also ask do you weigh the protein for snack / dinner after it been cook and do you count the egg omelette as one of the protein servings or should I still add 6-8 oz of chicke or fish to the omelette along w veggie

    You only need to raw weigh meat during P2; in P3, there is a lot more latitude, it is a range, not a rule.
    Yes, the omelette is a single protein, although some people do include some chicken or turkey in their scramble. It is simply important that you replenish an abundance of protein in your system after such a period of low intake but do it in a healthy and reasonable way.
    Some of the success of this protocol is the new patterns you have been learning in regard to portion control and listening to your body. Don't make yourself sick by over eating. For a successful P3 just eat protein first, veggies second, a little fat for cooking/seasoning and sugar not at all.

    I am better at having directions and fear the mistake I may make... Would you happen to have a sample of one day...

    So I would weigh my chicken/fish/egg after its been cooked... Should the omelette be about 6-8 ounces.

    I just got my monthly friend and feeling to blootness not wanting to eat at least now ...
