Read phase 4 thread...after your first round it's 3 weeks of phase 3 and then 3 weeks of phase 4.

No, those are considered part of P2. Any time when you have the drops in your system is P2.

Hello finally found the forum... I have started my phase 3 today and would like to have some clarification on the times of my meals.. I know it's 3 meals and 3 snacks containing protein every 2-3 hours.. Can you please advise if I am doing ok on the following 7am breakfast (egg omelette w chicken-tea or coffee) 10am snack(fruit and protein) 12 lunch ( veg w protein) 3pm snack (fruit w/ protein) 530 dinner(protein veg) 700 snack (fruit w protein)

When should I have my last meal or snack?

I have increased my daily protein to be 400grams (chicken & fish)
What is considered the 2tbsp of fat ?

Can I saw organic peanut butter as an option? Can I have almond butter instead- the ingredients states roasted nuts and I heard that is not acceptable? So unsure ...
