Definitely the dark meat and I am fairly certain the skin is OK, if you don 't everdo it. You want to keep the fat low the first week. But aren't you through the first week? By now it should not be a problem. We smoke turkey legs on the grill and they are awesome, but I do not like the skin, unless it is fried, so for me, it is not a problem.

Dark meat is fine. I would avoid the skin until at least the third week of Phase 3 for the chicken skin.

Hmmm, if your weight is stabilized then I think it should be fine. No breading of course.

P3 in 3 days - Oh man, I'm gonna get me some boneless skinless chicken thighs! Grillin' Baby!
I assume we need to be careful about what (if any) sauces/marinades we would use on our food. I usually make my own, but I've never made a low carb version (looking forward to the experiment!)

Love chicken thighs!!! Especially after all the chicken breast in P2. Be careful during the first week, since the thighs are higher in fat and limit the EVOO and butter. I like to marinate my chicken in ranch dressing, which we can make from scratch and use after protein loading. Just remember, nothing processed during P3, so any sauces or marinades need to be made using fresh ingredients and from scratch. Have fun experimenting. How was your weight this morning?? You probably posted it on the other thread, but I haven't gotten there yet.
