    Unfortunately Sadie, I didn't see this till late this afternoon, (was out all day running errands) and already got the notification that it shipped... I am crossing my fingers!!
    All natural, Certified Organic blends, spices, marinades, and other foods! Many gluten free products as well!! Most products are very low in salt, and sugar. Go to my website to check it out and/or place online orders, that can be shipped directly within the 50 states, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands!! There are a few spices/blends that are compatable {for me} with Phase 2!! Ask which ones are working for me!

    Pretty sure that tomorrow will be a steak day. I've been living on the 2 lb edge, but wanted to try adding guacamole. I wish I could lose a few lbs to have some wiggle room...other than doing a steak day! Oh well, if I gain .2 it is a steak day. I maintained the same weight for 5 days and then took communion. I gained .6 the next day and have now kept that for a couple days. It seems it slooowly goes up, do a steak day, lose 2 lbs, repeat. (p3D15)

    Hi Tiffany - When you are getting close to the 2lb mark, you can try a lean day to help drop a few ounces. It can be done to help prevent going over that 2lb mark. Here is the lean day:


    Breakfast
    Coffee or tea - 1/4 cup Whole milk only for entire day, liquid Stevia for flavor.
    2 egg white omlete plain. (Pepper and Garlic /Onion Powder only)
    Make sure you drink a minimum of 1/2 liter of water
    2 Tablespoons Apple Cider Vinegar and 1/2 lemon juiced with 1 cup water and lots of Stevia for flavor.

    Snack (Mid-Morning)
    Green Tea and any other flavored tea you wish so long as there is no sugar pre-added. Flavor with Stevia
    A small piece of protein 3 x3 inches. (Pepper and Garlic/Onion Powder only)
    Minimum of 1/2 liter of water

    Lunch
    Large veggie salad with MINIMAL (2Tblsp) dressing
    A 4x4 inch piece of protein preferably tilapia or chicken (Pepper and Garlic /Onion Powder only)
    Minimum of 1/2 liter of water

    Mid-Afternoon
    3x3 inch piece of protein
    Minimum of 1/2 liter of water

    Dinner
    Steamed veggies (2 cups steamed) (Pepper and Garlic/Onion Powder only)
    4x4 inch piece of protein
    Minimum of 1/2 liter of water

    Evening (EAT NO LATER THAN 7:00pm PERIOD!)
    1 medium apple
    1/2 Lemon Water (other half of lemon juiced with 1/4 cup water and Stevia.
    Minimum of 1/2 liter of water

    Phewww, guacamole was OK. I already ate breakfast today (tea, apple and nuts) but I can make the rest of the day lean.
