    Hey hey all.

Just coming in to say. I am well. I seem to be doing pretty good with stabilizing.

I am still at 149. I have been moving some inches too. 3 to be exact. =] I'm pretty happy.
I stabilize with the same proteins and fats for the first two weeks. No cheese though for at least
the first week. I love my almonds though. I have a handful a day in my purse for snacking.

Linda?! What type of exercises can I do without messing up? I would like to try to
get in the gym to find my routine with school being back in session. I know that I can't
do anything heavy. I just need something to ease me back into my routine.

I don't want to push it, just get into a routine.

Mild to moderate cardio. No weights or anything that taxes you too much.

OMG - i was NEVER going to admit this on the board because i felt like a freak, but i've been trolling foodporn for about 2 weeks now!!! :O LOL!!! i have a recipe site on my facebook and they have some ridiculously yummy looking food and i look at it for just that reason - to try to control the cravings, and strangely enough, it sort of works. of course, i feel dirty looking at it hahahahahahaha

ok, now i don't feel like as much of a wierdo as i did before. wow, you guys really made my day today!! oh and i lost 1.6 of those lbs yesterday....only 4.2 more to go to get back to where i was and hopefully stabilize.

YEAH SUNFLOWER! No, you are not a freak. It really does help to watch or read about food. Somehow you live through others. The funny thing is you really wouldn't eat it if it were in front of you - not THAT appealing. But it seems to give you a variety to your mental diet that the mind simply needs. Weird but true.

Oh Linda. I'm loving this news. I am glad.
Just being in the gym is going to feel like I have some normalcy
back in my life. I am lost without the gym. My trainer is going to be
happy. We talk on a regular, and has been very patient with me. Which
is hard to find in a trainer.

Sunflower- you sound much like myself. =]

Twin!!!!- that sight is a lifesavers!!!

I am so glad that is going to work for you. Your body will know when it is too much and will let you know loud and clear.
