    So, my loading weight is nearly gone. =]
    I was hoping for a 3 lbs loss this morning
    I dropped 2.9 lbs overnight which I will gladly
    take I hit 170.6 which is REALLY close to my starting weight
    of 169.5. I'm really hoping to be past that tomorrow. Just for
    my mental status's sake. lol

    This part is always hard for me to see numbers I have seen already.
    I kinda look at it like this. Those pounds are just put there for a short
    period of time to remind you that food we eat does this to you or that to you.

    I'm not sure how much taking the drops with eating horrible amounts of horrible food
    aids in the weight gain, but It's got my attention. The beginning gain always catches me
    and stay's with me like a face in a scary movie. I kinda like that. It keeps me grounded.

    P4...1/2 a banana passed the test. I was hoping to just hold the weight I was at but was even down a pound! So much of the day to day fluctuations come down to hydration, sleep and hormones. But I'll take it! Maybe I'll try a potato this week.

    Happy to say that TOM came for a visit (never thought i'd say that LOL) right before I started R2 this coming Sunday so everything is coming in line, despite gaining 1.0 lb yesterday after only taking in P3 foods . Linda, what did you say is normal weight fluctuation in this time frame? (just so I don't freak out over my 1lb gain)

    I started a Yoga class last night too...it was AMAZING. I got a 30 days unlimited deal for $30. If I enjoy it, I'll keep going well after the diet is over to help maintain the correct weight.

    I'll be starting R2 around 175 lbs and am aiming for a finish at 140 lbs, but I think (for my body) that might be too ambitious for a 30 day cycle. But I'm still going to go for it....you don't know until you try!

    Sunflower, how nice to see you again posting here again !
    1-2 pounds is normal for weight gain before TOM. If your diet is clean, as you have stated, I would not correct your weight with a Steak Day. However, I would be very clean in my eating and would be sure to drink lots of water and lemon water as well to flush and edema.
    As far as the yoga goes, make sure it isn't strenuous workouts while on P2. The body won't respond well to it. Stretching is perfect for you.
