    Herbal Tea

I can't do much/any caffeine, are any herbal teas allowed in while doing VLC besides chamomile? I have always thought it tastes like weeds, LOL
But I would love some mint or licorice root tea.

Also, I am still not getting email notifications for threads I am following, I have to remember which folder I posted which question in, LOL

Can't really help you on the threads, but I am sure Linda wil check in soon. No flavored teas are allowed on P2...chamomile, wulong, green, black. You might try ordering some flavored liquid stevia...I have the peppermint and I love it in my tea. I order all my stevia through vitacost.com.

Thanks for the tip about the mint stevia, I have the vanilla (7.50 on Amazon), and I have had it in a cup of Wo Long the last couple of days, but worry about the caffeine. Can we do the decaf versions?
I'll look at that source site for more.

Did you subscribe to the links. Go to your settings or profile. You will find the flavored stevia helps considerably with teas. I use www.vitacost.com they have great prices and shipping is quick

I am fairly certain we can use decaf...I think the green tea has caffeine as well, but I try and limit it to a few glasses in the summer or cups in the winter. I stick mostly to good ole water

That sounds good. I make a glass of lemonade every morning as a natural detox...juice of one lemon, lemondrop stevia, water and ice. Might try the vanilla cream instead of the lemondrop and see how it is

Can I just make a gallon of decaf sun tea and call it "good"?
