First chance I have had to check in, but looks like you are settling in nicely. Your food journal looked good to me and looks like all the numbers are good today. Just take a day at a time and don't add too many new things too quickly and you will be fine. I try not to be too concerned with the numbers during the first week of P3, as long as I know I am eating the right things and not overdoing it. From my experience, things begin to settle out after the protein loading. Have a great weekend
