Coffee Lovers!
A lot of us love coffee drinks, esp. ones from Dunkin Donuts, etc. But as we know, they are bad news! I just made my own "skinny" one--and while it isn't quite like the real think, it's pretty darn good! I used leftover cold coffee from this morning plus a packet of instant coffee, put in the blender with 1 tsp milk and some choc. stevia. About 5 ice cubes. Blend until its the consistency you want. Its pretty good!

Marti, I am not even a coffee drinker, but I have tried numerous combinations from hot to iced coffee with different stevia flavors and a little milk and some with ice as well...not bad when you are wanting something special in P2.

Yes, 1 TABLESPOON every 24 hours. Real milk only please. Nothing low fat, skin 2% It should be either half and half or heavy cream.

Yes, Half and Half. No more than 1 tablespoon though. You never want any skim, 1% or 2% milk.

I have found for me that ice coffee with a splash of milk/cream is better than hot coffee with a splash of milk since I like a lot of creamer in my hot coffee, that small amount just isn't enough for me. I didn't know you could use half and half or heavy cream either...that's great! I was using unsweetened almond milk but may as well be water....
