    Almond milk is not allowed on protocol. Half and half or heavy cream - 1 tablespoon - is the only milk products allowed.

    Well, that might be part of my problem.... I asked a rep about the almond milk and she said it was a good choice because it was so low in sugar/carb/fat. I already got some half and half.
