Way to go!!! It is an amazing product, but it is also alot of work to follow the protocol. You should be very proud of your accomplishment.

Tomorrow will be one week since I have started R2 of the VLCD, and I have lost 9 pounds. Yay! My son and his wife were over on Saturday, and I made chicken tenders sauteed in chicken broth with some spinach and garlic. I gave them theirs with seasoned brown rice, and for a side dish I had salad with fresh orange sections (tomatoes on theirs), and i made the dressing with lemon juice, juice of half an orange and stevia. It worked out really well! I will say i am hungry today but I am very pleased with my weight loss this round. I may have mentioned before--I found packaged fresh chicken tenders(boneless and skinless) at our local Aldi's and they are exactly 100 grams for about 2 of them!

I use this dressing all the time. I use half an orange for the dressing and the other half for my "dessert". Yes, I forgot--I do add apple cider vinegar also . It really is good, and I don't miss the oil.

Well said Marti! I started using this 3 years ago and love it on my vegetables.
