    Eat and Go

    Howdy all!
    I am an eat and go kinda person......
    I hate cooking.
    I want to find something and eat it.
    Any ideas for me?
    I am on phase 2 with it being my second round.

    Well, i know it's coooking, but you can cook a weeks worth of chicken on sunday and put it in those disposable tupperwares and then the rest of the week is eat and go - i do that. And you can try the yourhcg shakes a couple times a week - i haven't done that. And although it's NOT recommended, i get the cooked shrimps that are frozen - you just microwave those. I don't think there's anything in the ones i buy except shrimp - you have to be careful with processed foods.

    The advantage to this protocol is simple works better. Keep the protein simple. Pan fry it in a dry pan. Season with Salt and pepper and then eat your veggies fresh or steamed are best. Nothing processed will be allowed until late in Phase 4 hang in there. YOU CAN DO THIS!!
