The homemade dressing is fine, as is the Hidden Valley Ranch packages, the ones you add mayo to and sort of make yourself.

Hi I am a little confused after I read you guys' posts. If I choose to eat 1 egg and 2 egg white as my breakfast, do I need to eat an extra meat? I thought eggs count as a protein source, no?
    Thanks

Yes, Debbie, eggs do count as a protein source. Sometimes I add a little steak or chicken from the night before or by the second week, some cheese in your eggs. The key to protein loading is to begin to replace the protein deprivation from P2 and the amounts are guidelines. You eat a little more at breakfast and then maybe a little less for snack...just focus of high protein for the first 3-5 days and you will be fine.

Debbie, as Nancy says it is not necessary to add additional protein to your eggs. Additional chicken or steak helps the first day or so to get the much needed protein in your body.
