ALMOND FLOUR BANANA MUFFINS

Ingredients
2 1/2 cups almond meal/flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon ground cloves
1 teaspoon allspice
3 eggs
1 ripe banana, mashed
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1/8 cup organic honey


1. Preheat oven to 325 Degrees Fahrenheit.
2. Place paper baking cups in muffin tin; set aside.
3. Put Almond Meal/Flour in a bowl, using a rubber spatula or spoon break up the clumps in the flour.
4. Add baking soda and spices; mix until combined.
5. Add eggs to the mixture; mix until combined.
6. Add the mashed banana, vanilla extract and honey; mix until combined. Be careful not to over mix.
7. Evenly fill each cup with the batter.
8. Place in the preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes.
9. Allow the muffins to cool in the tin for about 10 minutes before moving to a wire rack. You can drizzle the muffins with extra Organic Honey for a little more sweetness.
10. Store in an airtight container.
