    Tuna is fine on week one of Phase 3. Limit the mayo though

    OK so gearing up for Week1 of Maint 1..... I read on here somewhere that a good snack was Cheese Sticks.... is that so??? Thought we werent to have Cheese in week 1??? thanks all

    You really need to wait until Week 2 to start adding in cheese. Some people do, but too much fat and dairy too early can cause you to start gaining. Good luck to you in P3.

    Thank you!!! That is what I thought!! I did read somewhere also we can have 8oz of whole milk in the first week? Just wanting to make sure as I plan to add my whole milk only latte back in that week

    Plain whole milk is fine 1 cup is the limit though the first week.
