As far as I know, yes you can have pork at this point. I'd recommend going for a leaner cut to start out with, like a tenderloin, and not the processed kind (bacon/sausage). Isn't P3 Awesome!?!!

Jody,
click on page one of this thread topic. The whole first post is a "quick list" of how to best handle transitioning into and moving through P3. Linda is awesome and it's a really good breakdown.
Day ONE! As soon as your 3 weaning days are over Dodgecook!
A mushroom, onion and pepper scramble is always my first day decadent treat :)
(just one whole egg, 2 whites for the first few of days...
Linda she was asking for an example protein loading daily menu and I just browsed around until I found one that you had given your approval to and put a link to it in my post. It's up a few comments...
You definitely do not need to weigh your omelet :)
You don't really have to weigh your other protein either. You should have a basic gauge in your mind for what 3.5 ounces of meat looks like (after...
You only need to raw weigh meat during P2; in P3, there is a lot more latitude, it is a range, not a rule.
Yes, the omelette is a single protein, although some people do include some chicken or...
Hellmans and Best Food are the same Mayo, just East Coast vs West Coast. If you look on the jar it will say in small print that it is labeled differently here out west ;)
It sounds like you are ON...
I think your question here was about the string cheese, can you have part skim milk string cheese because you can't find whole milk string cheese, and I believe the answer is yes, once you have added...
No, those are considered part of P2. Any time when you have the drops in your system is P2.

We're allowed Stevia but no sugar.
Or well heck, this looks pretty darned amazing! LOL

Well, since we will be okay to have nuts and cheese and cream by then, I am planning to modify a recipe like this one by using stevia instead of splenda and leaving out the whey powder (see her...
I'm also planning to make these later on in P3: http://pinterest.com/pin/274015958548900532/
What about making that P3 cheesecake I read about? Hubby's birthday is 3 days before we end P3 and I am planning to make that for him.
If you're in the 3rd week, could you roast some nuts and then toss them with a little non-sugar sweetener and cinnamon?
It is a liquid amino acid solution that tastes just like soy sauce (to me) but with I think about a 10th of the sodium and a whole bunch of healthy components. I get it at my local Fred Meyer...
Or Bragg liquid aminos?
