Meaning just gradually go from 2 white 1 whole egg, to 1 white, 2 whole eggs, then to 3 whole eggs?
For the first few days?? At one point can you change the 2 whites 1 whole egg then? I have been eating that since the beginning of phase 3... But I hate wasting all the yolks...
