Not to worry Kelly. The beauty of this is that if you got a good reset in P2 and P3, you can get that weight back off with lean P3 eating. Are you doing another round for the five pounds you are up or you were planning another round anyway? TOM often brings gains unrealted to what you are eating. I have been up as much as 10 pounds after a trip or holiday and as soon as I get back home and focus on getting back to P3 eating, it comes right back off. I was actually up three pounds yesterday after chinese food and popcorn on Sunday, but it dropped right back off when I stuck with my chicken and fish and veggies on Monday. I did not even do a steak day. Most of that, I am sure, was water weight from salt, so give the P3 eating a try for a few days and see what happens. Lots of water and lean protein and fresh veggies and keep us posted :)
