WEEKLY UPDATE...R2P2D23...last day of drops...I lost a total of 18.6 lbs...FYI I had to increase my protein intake due to me going UNDER my GOAL WEIGHT...so I had to increase my protein the last week of protocol to slow up my weight lose

I WISH EV1 and VERY SUCCESSFUL PROTOCOL!!!!

WEEKLY UPDATE ~> R2P2D15...I am down 17.4 lbs and 6lbs under my Goal Weight for R2...I got 11 days to go on the VLCD so I am hoping that I don't lose 11 more lbs...losing oz is COOL but peeps at work saying I LOOK SICKLY (hmmmmmmm)....OL WELL...GOD BLESS!!!

R2P2D8...I've decided to do a WEEKLY UPDATE instead of a daily update...so here it GOES ~> I am down 9.4 lbs <~ YAY!!!! I ony have 2lbs to go to my R2 goal weight..but, I think I will add 2 lbs to it so I got 4 lbs to GO!!!

R2P2D2...OMG...I AM STUFFED!

I bought a cheesecake yesterday and I still have half of it...smh...I can't EAT NO MORE...I FEEL LIKE PUUUUKN! I GOT GAS AND BLOATED (from the ice cream n chees cake)...JUST POKE ME "I'M DONE!"

R1P4D20...P4 is almost OVER...I called customer service to see the discount for cont customer...which WE get a lil discount!
