Here's what I ate yesterday. Breakfast: 1 egg, 2 egg whites half a red pepper water and coffee w/half & half No snack between breakfast and lunch, as I had breakfast later than usual due to work. Otherwise, I would have had a grapefruit, orange, or strawberries. Lunch Broiled chicken 5.5oz Broccoli w/ranch dressing Snack Apple with peanut butter (the crunchy is so good!) Dinner Broiled steak (w/fat trimmed) Broccoli Summer Squash Water through out the day. I work overnight shift, so I did have a coffee before work. Hope this helps!
I pretty much eat the same things from p2, but obviously a bit more of it. My protein is 5-8 oz depending on how hungry I am. I may have 2 fruits a day. I continue to drink 80-100oz of waters. The first week I added half/half for coffee (this stalled me in p2.) I also have eggs for breakfast (1 egg, and 2 egg whites - scrambled with a little half/half in it.) I may have a veggie with it. I use evo cooking spray when I cook my eggs. First week, I also started eating broccoli. I also used the homemade ranch dressing for salads and dips for veggies. 2nd week I added organic Teddy peanut butter. I have it with apples, but i don't have it every day. If I don't have I make a yogurt smoothie (Fage whole fat plain greek yogurt) I put fresh fruit, little milk, little ice, liquid stevia and blend it. I also now eat red peppers as a snack or with meals. Summer squash is also been included. I also intend to start eating nuts, but had some wisdom teeth pulled, so I have yet to do that.
