R1P2D10 I am doing ok. Tired of the complaints coming through to me from the other two on the diet with me. I am feeling a little sorry for myself. I am not giving up though. Sometimes I don't want to sit down and eat the same stuff but I am seeing results I love and will not give up. 9.8lbs in 10 days is phenomenal. The ups and downs are getting tiresome so I hope that things settle down as all have promised me it would. I have been told that the first 10 are the hardest. So today being day 10 and almost at an end for us, we are in high hopes of the next day or two everything changing emotionally and mentally. Doesn't matter for me though because I need this with all the health issues staring me in the face reminding me of where I was headed before HCG. So I press on and forge ahead!!!
I don't see my response regarding your question on almond or rice milk. I know I responded I just don't see it. So I wanted to repeat myself here. Neither are appropriate for Phase 2 protocol. For Phase 2 unsweetened almond milk would be fine for rice milk isn't as it is a form of starch. Hope this helps.

ok I have a few questions...how do I start a thread...is almond milk or rice milk ok and does it limit the amount I can use?
