    Hi thank you for you response... May I ask you some questions ... I may have under served myself on the proteins for my earlier meals/snacks... And trying to make it up by getting my 8oz for dinner now... Do I weight the chicken/ fish after its been cooked or while raw... I am feeling so full right now I dnt want to eat all my fish and veg... But I think I must since I may have deprived myself earlier... Is the breakfast omelette with the 1full egg 2 egg whites considered my protein or do i add the 6-8 oz of chicken to it

My name is Jacqué, I am a 43 year old wife to my best friend of THIRTY years and mother of two, 5 year old Izaak, 3 year old Elly. I currently stay home and homeschool our kids while my husband works, but we are planning a change come January, where hopefully he will be able to come home and work our home business full time.
I have been waiting for almost 2 years to be able to go through the HCG Protocol (had to get little girl weaned first!), and now I am doing it with FERVOR!
I weighed 252.4lbs on the day I took my first drops, and I am now (10 days in) down 10lbs!
