  2. Hi thank you for you response... May I ask you some questions ... I may have under served myself on the proteins for my earlier meals/snacks... And trying to make it up by getting my 8oz for dinner now... Do I weight the chicken/ fish after its been cooked or while raw... I am feeling so full right now I dnt want to eat all my fish and veg... But I think I must since I may have deprived myself earlier... Is the breakfast omelette with the 1full egg 2 egg whites considered my protein or do i add the 6-8 oz of chicken to it
