Why must I use full fat milk, cottage cheese, greek yogurt (which by the way is very hard to find) and when can I switched to non-fat or 2%

Because sugar is added to the non-fat, 1% 2% milks. Basically you are drinking milky water and they needed to give it flavor.

so phase 3 for non-fat or 2%. Am having a hard time drinking the whole milk
