I have a friend who just started the HCG diet 10 days ago (because she loved the results I am experiencing). Anyway, she has to travel for her job in May for 3 days and I was wondering if anyone has any good advice for how she can stick to this plan. She won't be able to cook for herself and the seminars she has to attend always have preplanned meals (they're usually in hotels where they do their own catering). She's afraid that 3 days of not following protocol are going to set her back 10-12 days. She's doing so well so far, I would love to help her by giving her some advice!

Try to buy the produce there. Protein is going to be the issue. Take the Yourhcg protein powder with you. Restaurants cannot be trusted to measure 100 grams of protein. Neither can they be trusted to not let the protein be touched by oils or fats.
