View Full Version : Exercise and training? After HCG?

Hello everyone. This is my second round of HCG, first round last year lost 30lbs. I am now in Round 2 - Phase 3 day 9 (lost 25 lbs.) but I have 10 more I want to lose...I know you are to start out slow with the exercise, starting at week 3 or 4 with walking/yoga (easy stuff)....My next endeavor is to tone up and train for a triathlon (maybe), but I'm unsure of how being on the HCG has changed my body chemistry and even with intense training and exercise, will I still be able to drop the last 10 lbs. without going back on HCG? Anyone out there do anything similar?

Currently I'm losing weight without using HCG diet and I've lost 25 lbs in 4 months.But one of my friend suggested me to start HCG diet as it will help me in losing weight quickly.But I'm still confused whether to start or not..!!

Yes, you can still lose weight without HCG even after you've been on it. Don't worry!
