I'm getting 2 wisdom teeth pulled on Friday morning, which will be P3D8 for me. Any suggestions on what to do for food? I imagine I wont feel like eating. Greek yogurt smoothies? Another question, about yogurt. When we incorporate this in should it be no fat, low fat, or from whole fat? I bought whole fat since whole milk was recommended.

Also, I noticed the last few days I either gain a pound or lose about a pound. Is that normal to go up and down each day? I'm still under my LDW, which is 142. I really was hoping to stay at 139. I should also add that my TOM is due any day this week. Could that be the culprit?

days 1-4 had increased protein.

How much protein should I be eating at this point? I don't feel I cant eat much more than 4-5oz at a meal.

You needed animal protein more frequently the first 3-4 days on Phase 3. After those days you can back off of it. Always limit dairy and fat when you are struggling with gains. When you are trying to lean down you will want to eat lean proteins, vegetables and a maximum of 2 fruits that day. No fats and 1/2 milk only. Stop eating when you are full regardless how much is left on your plate.

Today I'm up 1.4!! I don't like this!! I'm on day 6. Should still increase protein? Could it be that I'm expecting TOM? I'm scared I will keep gaining.

I only have 2 fruit and limit my fat. Should I cut fat out completely?

Also any advice for food intake when I get my wisdom teeth pulled Friday??

I need to see exactly what you have been eating. Did you eat LOTS of protein the first 3-4 days?

I've been eating 2 eggs in am with veggie, chicken and salad or veggie for lunch and the same for dinner except maybe a steak. Anywhere from 5-7 oz of protein. I've been eating an apple and 1/2 grapefruit daily. I've been using a ranch dressing made from milk and mayo. Just a tablespoon or so with lunch or dinner. 1-2 cups of coffee with half and half. Also keeping up with my water intake. Is this too much fat? Yesterday I used evo spray when cooking eggs.

First 4 days ate a minimum of 21 oz of protein daily - either chix, fish, or lean steak. I also at 2 eggs in the am.

TOM can definately cause this problem. How close are you to your LDW? Are you at least 2.1 pounds over your LDW. If so, you will need a steak day today.

Im only one pound over my ldw. Any advice on what to do when I get my teeth pulled? If I don't have appetite and can't eat will this have a negative effect?

Since you are not over your LDW by 2.1 don't be concerned. For the teeth, make soup broth out of protein. Sip on that.
