I ruined my lunch!! Rather than cheat I have not eaten all day except my orange!!! It is now 5. What do I do? Eat 2 meals a little spread out, eat one meal as usual, or one double meal? Thanks!!!!

No you can only eat 100 grams of protein at a time. I would schedule a later dinner. Let me know how you did.

I had that happen one day and i ate my lunch at 4 or 5 and had dinner about 8pm went to bed about 10.
I couldnt believe I went all day without eating !

Melanie, that does happen. You lose track of time and you simply aren't hungry.

That's what I ended up doing eating my lunch protein at 5 and sinner about 7 and lost 1.2 so u guess it was all good !!! Thanks
