So my first two days of loading I am up .8 though still .6 under my LDW. I have been eating a lot of protein, avoiding nuts, cheeses, etc. No BM though and I feel a bit stopped up. Is this normal or should I adjust anything?

Thought I was doing well...but up 1.1 today for a total gain of 1.9, .5 over ldw now.... A bit discouraging, this is where I always mess up. Wonder if I ate too much...had a lot of protein but used some oil brushed on my cabbage before I baked it. Gonna have eggs with diced chicken pieces and veggies today. Tilapia and cucumber at lunch.... chicken as a pm snack. (should I skip the chicken?) Lettuce, chicken, tomato for dinner. Okay to use homemade ranch or skip?
Planned on an apple in there somewhere todaytoo. Is this a good plan? Day 4 of p3.

Believe it or not you are doing just fine. The body does not want to stay underweight. It will - in most cases - settle around 1 pound up from your LDW. Please do not skip the chicken. Protein is key to keeping the scale under control. I think your menu looks great with the chicken.

THanks, Linda! This is the stressful part for me since I worked so hard for those last couple pounds! :0)
Have my chicken and am about ready to "snack". How soon until I can add almonds or peanut butter?

PB or almonds will be incorporated the second week of P3. One on one day and the other on the next. Never together. 2 tablespoons max should work.
