Today is day 1 for me. Just went out and bought a couple blocks of full fat cheese, heavy cream, premium ice cream, high fat candy bars, bacon, and full fat cream cheese to get me started. Sounds like it should be fun but I know I'll be over it in a little bit:) Bring it on! Excited to get P2 started!

Last night was the pits. So uncomfortably full. I've really be focusing on fats and didn't eat much in the way of breads. Just hope that doesn't cause a heartburn issue tonight!

Glad to help. Just remember that drinking your fat is the most efficient way of loading. What I do is drink Heavy cream and Half and Half for loading. I will thin both with water to help get the cream down.

I mix in Hersheys syrup to change it up too...

That's a great idea for loading since half and half can get pretty boring after a bit.
