Linda says Liquid B-12 is ok. Pounds and Inches says you shouldn't need vitamins - there are plenty in the stored fat that the HCG is releasing. But some folks get real tired, and if so, the liquid B-12 may help. I never used it, myself.

I also find that Organic Apple Cider Vinegar stabilizes blood sugar levels and increases energy. Take 2 Tablespoons diluted with at least 1/4 water. You never want to take ACV undiluted. Add liquid stevia to help with the taste - yuck! But oh so good for your body.

not recommended. There's other stuff in the tablets that may interfere with the diet. But as with anything, you can try it and see what happens.

Melanie, liquid sugar free B12 is fine to use instead of the pills. I also regularly used Organic ACV which seemed to regulate my blood sugar levels on protocol. 2 tablespoons twice a day. Don't bother with ACV if it isn't organic as only unfiltered (cloudy) ACV has what our body needs on protocol. Once the cloudy substance is filtered out it is no longer useful to us as all the beneficial properties have been removed.

I also found that Natural The apple company Cider The apple company cider vinegar balances glucose levels and improves energy. Take 2 Tbsps watered down with at least 1/4 water. You never want to take ACV pure. Add fluid stevia sweetener to help with the flavor - yuck! But oh so good for your body.
