I've had this the last 2 days and I LOVE IT!
I diced up some of my roast chicken, mostly breast, added 1T of vegenaise, 1/2 an apple, 1 stalk celery, 1/2 bell pepper & sprinkled with curry powder (I like a lot) salt + pepper. I'm hoping to add some walnuts next week, and eventually a few raisins or currants. ENJOY!
