So I found this receipe in living healthier together... Please advise if its am ok for phase 3 wk2
4 boneless chicken breast
1/2 cup parmasean cheese
1 cup Greek yogurt-plain
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp seasoning salt
1/2 tap pepper

Spread mixture over chicken breast bake at 375 for 45 minutes

Yes, it should be just fine. With the high fat content from the yogurt and parmesan I would wait until the mid to later part of week 2.
