I think I am in trouble. I am r2 p3 d3 and I am up 4 pounds over ldw. I have eaten eggs, and chicken. For 2 days. Only egg whites. Maybe a touch of cheese. And a 6 oz sirloin grilled no sauces.

Help. I feel like a balloon and to gain that in 2 days is ridiculous. I guess I starved myself for nothing.

Hard boiled eggs from bantam chickens (smaller eggs) 4 whites plus 1 whole egg.

I ate a whole chicken Saturday that I cooked in my nuwave oven... no oil or butter. just salt and pepper.

had a salad in the evening with my chicken with home made ranch. I use sour cream instead of mayo... less fat.

Then another half chicken yesterday in the nuwave. same on the eggs. broccoli steamed. no oil or butter. grilled sirloin steak with that. 6 oz.

Today I am at work, so I have the other half of the chicken from yesterday. And eggs.

I have had gains each day since my last wean day where I ended up being 2 .2 below LDW. This means I have gained 6.2 lbs since Sat morning...

So you have been eating every 2 hours then? Are you around your TOM?

Let's drop the dairy for now and no more dark meat for the next couple days. How about eating a lot of steak today. make it lean steak like London Broil / Round steak lean sirloin, etc.

Yes, eating every 2 hours... no TOM for me...

I only had .5 oz of the ranch dressing.

I will have steak later, but for now, I only have the half chicken.

I am at work until 6 pm... Maybe the chicken will be nice to me today... Else, I think I will give up...

Personal question....Are your bowels moving? More going in and not much coming out makes a difference. It takes some time to adjust to the change of eating habits. When things are moving like they should it is easier to maintain. Good luck...keep working with Linda and don't give up! You've worked too hard to quit now!

I had more protein and that helped some.... Then I did a steak day and only came down .2...

ugh... having another steak sday today...

Thinking of just changing my ldw... to this higher point... I am still 2.4 over ldw...

tomorrow i am going to have apples... I cannot do that much beef... i felt so ill lastnight...

You only need to eat as much london broil as makes you full and satisfied on a Steak Day.
