do you weigh and measure on the first 2 days of diet thanks

Yes, on the first day of loading the very first thing you should do upon waking up is weigh in after going to the bathroom. I gained a little over 4lbs in loading - but don't worry I also lost over 8lbs in the first week! You'll want to track this. Daily weigh-ins will help you identify foods you may be sensitive to. I.e., I realized the tablespoon of milk and apples reduced my losses. I stick with grapefruit now. It's a little bit of trial and error trying to figure out which foods yield more losses, at least for me it was! Everyone is different.

You will want to weigh every morning but measure once a week. Doing both is key because sometimes you may appear to be in a stall but losing inches.
