my first day

This is my first day on the drops and my tummy is hard and growling all afternoon..
is this normal? Dont know but im not really hungry I had a big breakfast and lunch with a couple snacks is that enough?

Melanie, WAIT!! the first day on drops is when you are loading. You must load with tons of fats while taking the drops before starting the diet!!
