This diet protocol is based upon the research of Dr. ATW Simeons, a British endocrinologist.
Dr. Simeons was in India treating pregnant women and “fat boys”, young boys with pituitary problems known as Frölich's Syndrome.

In treating pregnant women, he noted their normal diet consisted of very little calories. Yet he found they did not suffer starvation and delivered normal fetuses. He theorized that the high levels of hCG that their body naturally produces during pregnant caused the hypothalamus gland to release locked down abnormal fat into their blood stream which fed the fetuses producing normal newborns. At delivery he found that the abnormal fat deposits on the mother were reduced.
He wondered if a low calorie diet combined with hCG could be used to help the “fat boys” with their pituitary issues. So he began a study. He administered a low dose of hCG and put the boys on a low calorie diet. The boys shed the excess weight and their bodies transformed developing normally.

This lead him to conduct further research regarding hCG combined with a low calorie diet and how it could assist those suffering from obesity.

He spent years refining this diet protocol and in 1954 penned the manuscript “Pounds and Inches – a New Approach to Obesity”

This diet protocol was only accessible by the rich and powerful who could afford the associated costs of traveling to Rome Italy and spending six weeks as a patient at his clinic. Therefore, his clientele were those with money such as high level executives, those in the entertainment business, politicians etc.

Now his research is made available to you.
