Pumpkin Muffins

1 1/2 Cups almond flour
1/4 tsp sea salt
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
1/4 tsp ground ginger
1/8 tsp ground cloves
2 Tbsp Butter or coconut oil
1/2 Cup Truvia or Stevia
3 large eggs
1 cup canned or fresh mashed pumpkin

Frosting:
4 ounces cream cheese
2 Tbsp unsweetened almond milk
3 Tbsp Truvia or a touch of Stevia glycerite.

Directions
IN a mixing bowl combine almond flour, baking soda, salt and spices. In a separate bowl mix coconut oil, sweetener, eggs and pumpkin until smooth. stir in dry ingredients to mix. grease or place paper liners in muffin tins. Spoon batter in each - 1/2 - 3/4 full. Bake at 325 F for 30 - 40 min. Cool and top with cream cheese frosting.
Frosting:
Put cream cheese, almond milk and sweetener in a mixing bowl. Beat together until smooth. put a large dollop on top of each muffin.

Is this another P3W3 recipe?

Yes, most of the recipes are P3 w3. The reason why I say that is the first week on P3 you are focused on P3 type foods - only more of them. The second week you increase fats and dairy and in the third week you can branch into recipes higher in fat.
