What is the shelf life of HCG and how should it be stored?

Opened, I would say 3-6 months depending on how stored and unopened I say 3-5 years.

I wondering if anyone else is starting P2? I'm on r2p2d3. I've forgotten how to count my days, do I count my load days as part of the 30 day and do I count my 3 days off drops at the end as part of the 30 days or is a 30 day cycle more like 35 days? Thanks.

Hi Melissa - You'll do 2 days of loading followed by a minimum of 21 days on the low calorie diet with the drops. Then after the 21 days are over, you'll do the low calorie diet without the drops for 3 days, then you can begin maintenance.

To start a new thread, you'll go to the category you'd like to post in, then there is a green button on the top left that says "Post New Thread". Hope this helps.
