I tried this after I finished Phase 4 - you could have this in Phase 4 if you omit the chocolate chips:

Giant One Minute Breakfast Cookie

1/4 cup Oats
2 Tbsp. Oat flour (oats ground into flour in blender or food processor)
1/4 tsp. Baking powder
1/4 tsp. Baking soda
1 Tbsp. Protein powder
3 pkts. Stevia (or sweetener of choice to taste)
Pinch Salt
1/4 tsp. Ground cinnamon
1 Tbsp. Low sugar maple syrup, agave nectar or honey
3 Tbsp. Plain Greek Yogurt
1 tsp. chocolate chips
Optional: 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract

In a small bowl, mix all of the ingredients together (except for chocolate chips). Spread batter onto a a small microwave-safe plate, forming batter into a circle with a spoon. Sprinkle chocolate chips on top.
Microwave for one minute, or until just cooked! Enjoy immediately, or prepare the night before for a quick breakfast if desired!

Hello to everyone Am I allowed to drink this smoothie for breakfast for detox phase:
6oz lowfat plain yogurt
1 cup of frozen mango slices
1/2 cup of fresh orange juice

First two ingredients are Ok, but Im not sure about OJ.

Whose detox phase are you doing? Kevin Trudeau's? Vary rarely do our clients do this phase. I myself do not know anything about this optional cleanse. Maybe someone else will chime in.
