View Full Version : Blue Gill Fish?

I am in Phase 2, Day 7 and have lost 8 pounds. I am very happy so far. I have only eaten chicken for the past week and would like to incorporate some fish. I was unsure if bluegill fish is allowed since it says "shrimp, crab, tilapia, cod, etc." on the list of approved foods. My husband fishes and it would save us some money if he can supply my fish from our home as opposed to grocery store prices. Thank for your help!

Only these fresh white fish (should not be frozen) are allowed – Ayr, Cat Fish, Cod, Coley, Dover Sole, Flounder, Flying Fish, Haddock, Hake, Halibut, Hoki, John Dory, Kalabasu, Lemon Sole, Ling, Monk Fish, Orange Roughy, Parrot Fish, Plaice, Pollack, Pomfret, Red & Grey Mullet, Red Fish, Red Snapper, Rohu, Sea Bass, Sea Bream, Shark, Skate, Tilapia, Turbot, and Whiting.

Just double checking, Catfish IS allowed in phase 2, correct? I read somewhere (another site) that it was a phase 3 choice? Thanks again!
