Phase 4 starts tomorrow ! What should I do different ? Less calories? what food should i eat now ? Help.... Thanks

just eat normal... whatever you want :D
In moderation, of course ;) and watching your oil, carbs, sugar, sodium and calories!
Don't eat to get full... eat till your body tells you it's satisfied.
keep your veggies and fruit intake consistent.
caution with bread, pastas and things of that nature... during this diet I learned they turn to sugar in your system!!! :O
Natural Starches are alright, but leafy greens are better <3
don't deprive yourself from the things you crave...
just schedule them in! allow yourself to a "treat" every 10 days or so.
(that doesn't mean you can dedicate a WHOLE day to eating junk food...just ONE treat!)
Keep your water intake high... (2l of water minimum!)

WORK OUT! DANCE! MOVE YOUR BODY!!
aerobics, zumba, salsa, kickboxing, weightlifting, walking, swiming >_<
